The engine mounts are terrible in this car. ix35 LM.I (2010-2013) I bought this car second hand and it really seemed like a great car. Not so sure now. The stereo does not work and now the engine mounts need replacing. These are almost impossible to get and it seems Hyundai have cornered the market meaning the parts are incredibly expensive.
1. Shorter wheelbase. 65 mm shorter. The shorter the wheelbase, the better the vehicle’s cross-country driving range. Also, shorter-wheelbase cars are easier to steer out of a skid. 2. Fewer weight. 164 kg less. The weight of the vehicle affects fuel consumption, acceleration dynamics, braking distance, etc.
